Bacon Egg & Cheese Muffins

Canned biscuits make this recipe a snap--just top each biscuit with scrambled eggs and bacon, then bake for 20 minutes.

  • Servings: 10

Ingredients:

1 pkg Canned Biscuits
4 Eggs
½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup Real Bacon Bits or Pieces
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
¼ tsp Nutmeg
¼ tsp Onion Salt
¼ tsp Thyme

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan with butter spray. Flatten each biscuit and press into muffin pan to create a well. Whisk eggs with all spices and pour into biscuit wells. Sprinkle each with cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown on top.

Helpful Tips:

These can be prepared the night before--just cover with foil and refrigerate. My kids love these, and they're so easy when you're in the morning rush.
