Breakfast Wellington

Pre-packaged pizza dough is the base for this easy-to-prepare brunch or breakfast dish with ham, eggs and two kinds of cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg pizza dough, in tube
- 6 eggs, scrambled
- 3 slices American cheese
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices deli baked ham

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Open pizza dough tube and unroll onto a cookie sheet. Layer American cheese, ham and Swiss cheese slices down the center of the pizza dough and then top with scrambled eggs. Fold left and right sections over egg mixture and crimp ends. Cut strips diagonally, 2 inches slits at 1 inch intervals folded top and bottom to seal and crisscrossed strips until finished giving a braided effect. Bake loaf in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Notes: I serve this dish with grapes and slices of apples, oranges and melons. I cut the loaf in 8 slices placing 2 slices on each dish along with the fruit.
