Cheese Fruity Cream of Rice

Low fat cream cheese and sour cream make this a healthy breakfast option for kids or adults.
 

Ingredients

  • Cream of rice cereal
  • 1 tbsp sugar free preserves
  • 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp low fat sour cream

Method

Prepare cream of rice for one serving as instructed on box. When it's hot add other ingredients and stir until cream cheese is melted.

 

Notes: Simply eat and enjoy--it's quick, easy and tasty with no sugar added. I love it with strawberry preserves, but you can use any fruit you like. My 9 yr old loves it as well.
