Chicken Yum Yum

Boneless, skinless chicken tenders are boiled for a half-hour. Canned whole potatoes and sliced carrots are added, and the mixture is boiled another 15 to 20 minutes until it is fall-apart tender. Canned cream of mushroom soup is stirred in before serving.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken tenders
- 1 15 oz. can whole potatoes
- 1 15 oz. can sliced carrots
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Method
Boil chicken 30 min.; drain water add potatoes and carrots; cover with fresh water. Boil on high 15-20 min. until potatoes and carrots fall apart. Add can of mushroom soup; return to boil 5 min.; serve hot.
Notes: No salt or spices added; low-fat; easily digestible foods for those with a sensitive stomach and high on flavor.
