|2 cups||Soy Burger Crumbles, in frozen food dept.|
In a medium saucepan, saute onion in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients, except soy crumbles. Bring to boil, cover; reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. Add soy crumbles; cover and simmer 5 more minutes until heated through.
This is really very good and low in fat. You can find the soy crumbles in resealable bags in the frozen food section.
