A quick and easy low fat tomato soup with just three ingredients.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable juice
  • 1 half cup fat free plain yogurt
  • Hot sauce to taste

Method

Stir together all ingredients in a microwavable container. Cover and heat on high for three minutes. Stir again and serve immediately with vegetable sticks and or crackers.

 

Notes: This soup is easy to make, nutritious and portable. Dieters enjoy it for lunch and also for breakfast to sip in the car.
