Healthy Spaghetti Sauce With Ground Turkey

|1||Large Can Chopped Tomatoes|
|2 cloves||Garlic, crushed|
|1 can||Tomato Paste|
|7 Tbsp||Olive Oil|
|1 tsp||Dried Basil|
|1 tsp||Dried Oregano|
|1 tsp||Dried Rosemary|
|½ tsp||Dried Thyme|
|1 pkg||Ground Turkey, italian seasoned or plain|
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large, non-reactive skillet, then saute 1 clove of garlic. Add ground turkey until browned. Drain turkey and set aside. Heat remaining olive oil in skillet and add dried seasoning, then saute in skillet for 1 minute on medium heat. Add all ingredience except tomato paste and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes. After cooking, add tomato paste and sugar to sauce mixture and cook another 2-3 minutes.
You can thin sauce with 1/2 cup dry red wine. Serve over hot cooked spagetti or any pasta. Omit meat for a great quick marinara sauce.
