Ingredients:
| 1 pkg | (16 Ounces) Angel Food Cake Mix |
| 1 can | (20 Ounces) Crushed Pineapple In Its Own Juices, undrained |
| ½ cup | Sweetened Flaked Coconut |
| ½ tsp | Ground Ginger |
| Powdered Sugar, optional |
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until blended.
Spoon batter into an ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Bake for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Sprinkle the top of cake with powdered sugar, if desired. Cut into 20 squares.
