Lowfat Crab Meat Rangoon Omelet

This easy, healthy omelet is quickly made using egg whites, and is sprinkled with crabmeat, green onion and spoonfuls of nonfat cream cheese.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • Fat-free cream cheese
  • Green onions, thinly sliced
  • Crabmeat or imitation crab meat, chopped

Method

Beat egg whites and pour into hot, nonstick omelet pan. Place spoonfuls of cream cheese, some crabmeat and green onion on top. Fold over and cook until cheese is melted.

 

Notes: I love the crabmeat wontons you get at Chinese restaraunts and was looking for a way to use the filling in a low-fat recipe.
