Nana's Meatloaf

Ground turkey lightens up traditional meatloaf. Your family will love this version.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and place meatloaf in bread pan; cook 45 minutes.

 

Notes: Great with baked potatoes and broccoli.
