|1 cup||Fat Free Half & Half|
|½ cup||Reduced Fat Mayonnaise|
|¼ cup||Onion Diced Finely|
|8 oz||(2 Cups) 2% Sharp Chedder Cheese|
|1 pkg||Chopped Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained|
|Salt & Garlic Powder, to taste|
|9" Deep Frozen Pie Crust|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Whisk together first four ingredients.
Add in onion, cheese and spinach and whisk until combined.
Pour mixture into pie crust and bake 45 min to 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown.
I find Land O' Lakes fat free half and half and Hellman's reduced fat mayo works best (do not use the Just 2 Good mayo).
