Method

Combine sliced/chopped fresh fruit of your choice, with yogurt, trail mix & nuts. One suggestion is: 1 Banana 1/4 lb seedless green grapes 1/2 pear 1/2 apple Pineapple chunks Stir in 1, 6 oz. French Vanilla Yogurt Sprinkle with Tropical Trail Mix Add crushed nuts, if desired

 

Notes: This is a healthful, quick treat to have at breakfast or brunch. It fits everyone's taste because the fruit and yogurt can be varied. Strawberries and blueberries are a whole new show! Plus, this treat is fast and it presents in "top of the line" style.
