Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Red Cooking Wine or Regular Wine |
| ½ cup | Chopped Basil Leaves |
| 2 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 pkg | (8 Oz) of Whole Mushrooms |
Directions:
Add olive oil to pan and heat. Then add mushrooms and wine. Let cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes, moving mushrooms around pan. Then add chopped basil and cook another 3 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper before serving.
Helpful Tips:
This is such an easy recipe. It takes only 9 minutes to cook, it takes hardly any prep time, and everyone loves it! I served this at Christmas and people were spooning this over their meat and stuffing.
