Spinach & Feta Crescent Roll Ups

Spinach and Feta Crescent  Roll Ups

A tasty filling of spinach and feta cheese makes these crescent rolls special.

  • Servings: 8


1 Tube Crescent Rolls
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, chopped
½ cup Drained Cooked Spinach
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil or 1 Tsp Dried
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
Salt, to taste


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Open and unroll the crescent rolls on a nonstick baking pan; set aside. Melt the butter in a medium skillet and saute the onion and garlic until softened. Stir in the drained spinach, basil, and thyme; cook for another minute. Stir in the feta; add salt to taste. Place some filling on long end of each crescent roll and roll up as directed on package. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.

Helpful Tips:

For a lower fat content, use the reduced fat crescent rolls, and light butter for sauteing the onion and garlic.
